Good place for a thin river value bet?

No reads on villain. I haven't shown any willingness to bet or raise, and he checks the river to me. Checking behind feels like I'm losing out on value from the largest part of villains range which is 9x and smaller pocket pairs.

Id bet like 3-4$ and expect to get called often
