I saw him donk 1/2 pot into two guys a few hands before (both folded).
He seems to call to much but will bet when he has the initiative.

SB checks, Hero bets $5.00, CO calls $5.00, SB calls $5.00

Turn: ($21.50) 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $15.00, CO raises to $30.00, SB folds, Hero

Is this a set 100% of the times or just a horribly played AJ?
All in/ call (+ riverplay)/ fold?

I'm probably shoving my chips in the middle here, but that might not be too good.

I'd consider checking this turn after getting two cold-callers.

As played I think this either a fold or a call and c/f the river.
