Practicing my NL game, worth whoring at the same time?

Hi,
I'm an SnG player 500-1000 a month at the $33's and $55s.
I often brush up on my post flop game by playing a few NL cash games. Would it be worth my time combining this with a bit of bonus whoring?

If so can any regulars suggest a good site to start out with, good bonus, lowish rake and hand requirements?

If your gonna practice your nl game, why not whore at the same time, most of the money though is by playing a tight preflop strategy, most low stake games arent smart enough to pull an FPS. I assume that your playing at party, I would suggest pokerroom network and the games tend to be soft all around at the NL games. Other sites worth trying is the , captain cook has a $200 sign up bonus, not advertized on bonus whores.

I've actually just signed up at full tilt and already cleared $60 of my $600 bonus (+ i've got RB there).

Trouble is i should be practicing post flop skills but the games is pretty soft so i'm just becoming a whore already.
