1. Eh, call and call river. Or 3-bet shove turn. I prefer the first line.

2. Raise more PF or call. Pot this flop and take him to valuetown. 3-bet shove flop when he raises.

3. Bet at least $1 on flop. Pot turn and you have to call his raise. As played looks like you are beat, lay it down.
