who is this guy steve the nuts and the ceo poker tour ?

i just registered today on this forum ,as i am concerned about what just happened.i have been a lurker, and decided to signup after what happened.i played in 3 of the ceo poker events,and made some phone calls about how upset and cheated i was with the money i spent in these events
it seems that this stevenuts guy,has set off a chain of events from the nevada gaming board ,the nevada attoreny general,the casinos themselves,and the FBI about charity related frauds and scams.
they all seem to know him when i called, the parties said there is an investigation into the matter
is there a chance i get my money back or some of it or do i have false hope?

StephenNuts is Stephen Feraca (http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=56578) a former Wall Street executive and now a professional (semipro?) poker player. He is highly intelligent but his 'unique' writing style (some say he writes like a third grader, others claim he writes like a three year old) and his short temper sometimes cause posters on twoplustwo to misunderstand his genius.

He was angered by the CEO Poker Tour scandal and he has committed his own resources to hiring legal council to confront the CEO Poker Tour in both civil and criminal court.

In order to proceed with his legal pursuit of the CEO Poker criminals Stephen needs the help of those who played in the events. Please post a comment in THIS THREAD (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=11296434&an=0&page=0#Pos t11296434) and send him a PM on the site. Please also contact anyone else you know who played in these events and ask them to contact Stephen.

In part because of his efforts the CEO Poker Tour offered to pay each participant in the Venetian main event $100. Unfortunately they allegedly scammed poker players out of well over $100,000 so their offer was laughed at. The CEO officials have not responded to further inquiries since that offer (although they have created several gimmick accounts to defend themselves on this website).
