NL$50 FTP

Villain is 27/15/7 - pretty aggressive - he has $58, I cover

History: a rotation ago he had raised my SB from the CO and I re-popped him to $5 with AK, he folded. Might think I'm trying to pick off his raises.

The hand:

I'm in the SB, he is in CO. He raises to $1.75, I have QQ and re-raise to $5 as before. He thinks for a few seconds and re-raises to $18.

What's preferred line here? We have very little history previous to the AK hand.

If I call, assume the flop is 772.

Wow, tough tough spot.

Are you willing to play for stacks here? If the answer is yes, SHOVE, if no, fold or call and re-evaluate on flop. I think calling puts you in a very bad spot. I know folding is nitty, but Villian is not a donk. You are getting stacked here a lot.

As played, bet 3/4 of pot, about $27. Call shove.

Call. C/r any non A flop.

ps Shoving preflop is bad. You need to reraise him like 3-4 times in a row to make this shove.

I called, flop was 772 as previously mentioned. I CRAI'd the flop.

I figure his possible holdings to pull this pre-flop thing given our last hand include TT-AA and AK (less likely AK than a pair). Anyone feel differently about it?

first of all raise more preflop, second of all, call

$5 is a terrible reraise amount. It will allow him to make a correct call in position with a super wide range of hands. OOP make the raise at least pot and an extra blind or two.
