I have found that river aggression is almost never a bluff. You are looking at a slowplayed 2 or a 4 that sucked out like 95% of the time in my opinion.

It almost never is on a dry flop like this. On a very wet flop it sometimes is if there are many draws that didn't complete. What hands would he call two bets with that you can beat?

Sorry, I meant to say it is obviously not a bluff because it is a dry flop. Clearly not ALL river aggression is a better hand.
