I'd play this same way since we have 10 outs against an over pair and lot of fold equity with a flop like this.

I prefer to call the flop bet myself. I doubt he folds any overpair here.
If a safe card hits I either donk the turn or c/c again

Raising flop is good
he bet so weakly that i do not think that he has overpair
propably some overcards
and if u just call he is 95% shutting down anyways unless he improves

Also, stats are meaningless after 14 hands? For all you know he could be a 30/20 and have gotten 82 every hand.

if you call preflop you have to stack off here against an overpair

I like to bet into him on this flop if he'll very often raise with an overpair, but mostly call/fold with overcards.
