Villian is 80/0/5 but I got only 5 hands, so no read.
What range of hands does he have here?

god knows what he has , i would imagine QQ+ , and maybe AK ...he could be a maniac but there's no way you could know that w/o reads ...

AK,QQ+ gives me 56% equity, given the pot I have to call here then.

I thought it was a clear fold, but after stoving some ranges I'm not so sure anymore. It's difficult to give villain an range here, but folding with 56% equity would be a gigantic (~$10) mistake.

that equity looks too high considering that we are a big dog to QQ/KK. i think AsKs should be the only combo of AK in there.

edit: if he's an unknown i think a good range to put in here is AsKs, QQ+, you could also throw in the other JJ combo.

The problem is not, does he have QQ+, the problem is does he also have any AK combination. How many of the AK combinations are in his range make this decision + or - EV.
What does he put me on after my 3bet, something big I guess, so why would he push QQ+? that makes it more likely AK is in his hand as well, right?

Double minraise pf may be AA. Could be AT or 97 too. Factor in those times Hero is literally ahead here....

[/ QUOTE ]you underestimate the donks down here. This is QQ+ so much of the time it is not believable.

i think it's bad to assume that any combo other than AsKs is in his range. it may not be a good idea to take all of the other combos out, but this is the most likely combo of AK that he does this with.

i think he just shoved b/c of awkward stacksizes. if you just call his cbet, he would only have <~1/2 psb on the turn.

It was AT yesterday vs me. 78o a few days ago. If Hero is raising limpers alot and raising minraisers alot, range is wider for villain "taking a stand"...5 hands, so we don't know, but he may have just left my table and sat down here. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
