What's the rationale behind calling the raise on the flop, then leading the turn ai? It would seem shaniacalistic to 3b flop, or c/r turn ai.

Does Villain stack off w/ bad hands or does he just call preflop a lot of then give up? Does he check minraise a lot or only with a set?

I'd either shove the flop or fold the flop depending on the answers to those questions.

If you can't answer those questions, I'd probably just fold to the flop minraise; however after 100 hands you should get a sense how villain is playing.
