i definitely didn't put him on AA/KK/QQ/JJ. maybe suited connectors - small/med pocket pairs because of the preflop limp.

I think you can fold the flop when he 3-bets you. You are pretty much praying for KJ a weaker king or a draw at that point and unless you have a read saying he is aggressive, then this is a fold.

ahh yea.. i forgot to include my read on him!!! i read him as pretty passive, so i should've known he had something good when he pushed on the flop. ugh at least i learned something.

Was he new to the table? Had he played any hands prior to this? Anything making you think he could be bluffing?

Anyways, I'm going to go out on a limb her and say he had either Ax SOOOOOTED or two pair?

I'm not even sure I would've raised the flop in the first place. Really I don't like any of your options at that decision point, but I think calling's the best.

And yes, you obviously need to fold after you get shoved over.
