Villain is passive but decent: 17/13/1(70)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) handconverter.com (http://www.handconverter.com)

Hero ($47.30)
SB ($33.01)
BB ($57.19)
UTG ($148.63)
MP ($10.20)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.75</font>, SB calls $1.50, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $7</font>, Hero calls $5.25, SB folds.

Flop: ($15.75) 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $20</font>, Hero...?

(Pot = $45.75)

I cannot call without being committed. I know this is a good flop for me, but his line is scary. Thoughts?

He seems preety tight...and his c/r indicates strength, I'd fold...

Would putting villain on mostly {AA, KK, JJ, AKs} be reasonable?

Is folding preflop wrong against a "17/13/1(70)"? He's never going to 3bet us light, I can't call for set value so I have to win UI sometimes. Hmm maybe with position that's possible.

I think I'd check behind on the flop; what worse hand is going to call us? (even Ah Kh is ahead)

I run 17/13 sometimes.. and I might 3 bet AT there or a small pair, all depends on how much hero is opening on the button. I do weird things for a nit though, guess that's why they pay me off.

I can't see this happening with TT/JJ. This looks like a fold.
