I would 3bet the flop to $40 and call a push. I think villains range is a lot of flush and straight draws, top pair and the like. With the history you two have he calls you lighter pf and gives you more action post flop. He doesn´t strike me as the set-mining type. Obviously he plays QQ+ like this as well, but on the whole I think you are good to go.

I think you need to increase the size of your 3-bet, especially because you're OOP. I've had great results with re-popping to 7, and I do it with good hands as well as marginals for consistency. As played, I think your line is really solid. Nobody likes to think they're getting owned repeatedly by the same guy, but just examine his tendencies and review his shown hands to find a hole.
