Basically had top pair with King kicker the whole time. Villian was a 10/4, so he was pretty tight. One question I have was, is the blocking bet I made on the river enough? Could it have been lower?

It is a pretty weak river bet that screams you are scared...If I am the villian I probably raise you with air among other things seeing at how weak this is...I would bet otu at least 5-6.

Bet more on the flop, at least $1.75. turn is fine, river blocking bet needs to be at least 5, as matt said.

Bet at least $2 on the flop. I don't think there is a need to block the river esp. for the size you did. Just c/f. What hand that calls the flop and turn does not have you beaten? You beat KJ/KT/AT/and a very stubborn A7, but there are so many hands that beat you that are just calling the flop and turn.
