Bet 14-15 on the turn so you can push the river easily.
I'd prolly c/r the river and exect to get looked up by a lot of stupid hands.

I would lead out. I don't want to give free cards to people who are drawing if they all check behind, also c/r makes your hand much more transparant.
I would also bet/fold the river. I don't think he would be drawing after 2 streets with paired board all that often.

bet nearer the pot on the turn $15 or so every thing else looks ok to me. if he still wants to chase his str8\flush then so be it.

To me this shows the flip side of the yeti theorem, considering the call pf and the bet/call on the flop an eight seems very likely. Overpairs seem out of the question, if this is a draw its very poor, I can't see worse hands betting the river in this spot given your aggression.
