Raise to 4BB + 1BB per limper preflop is the best on that donk limit, so 1$.

Bet at least 2$ in this 2.4$ pot on flop.

I push... QT worries me, a slowplayed AK could be the case, but both are less likely than A8 or AQ. We could call planning to call on the river or just raise it all here. Since I he'll probably pay you off with a worse hand and might have picked up one of the possible backdoor draws I push.
