the sb seems to always have flopped the flush when they do that but you still have to call given the odds

never folding this, could see lots of other things besides the flush.

I insta call here. A lot of times you see things like Th Tx, Ah + 5x, 5h 6x, 4h 5x.

If he flopped a flush it sucks, but you have some outs at least.

You are pot commited. You have fine equity too btw, even if they have the nuts, you have 9 outs on the turn and 10 on the river.

Also, SB could probably have hands like A/images/graemlins/heart.gif9/images/graemlins/spade.gif sometimes too. Or two pair, 33, or SD and a heart.
