I'm used to limit, where I checkraise this flop almost every time. I'm wondering if I played this correctly. Was my shove on the turn too much?

No reads on anyone.

Your check-raise is too small I think. I probably pop it to ~8.
Shoving turn is fine.

I like leading this flop because if he has a strong as like it appears, you are going to cause him to raise you...

The end result is you got it all in and so thats really all that matters

This looks pretty good to me. As said by others, raise a bit more, though.

A PSR (what you'd need to call x3 plus what's in the pot = $10) or close to that will set you up nicely to get the rest of your chips in on the turn in a "natural" way.

If you're going to donk the flop, donk it a bit harder -- same as you would with a flush draw (but if you did, you probably wouldn't here) or a strong combo draw. Your reraise is waaaay too small, FTOP bad -- one of your opponents is probably drawing and you need to make 'em pay and your rr gives them odds to just call that, see the turn, and stack you correctly. Never let them do that. Don't worry about losing customers with a raise.

Lead flop for more unless you have a read that mp likes to raise weak leads

Raise more on flop, make it min. 8$. Re-raise 3 times his bet+. Turn I would bet like 3/4 pot, call shove.
