I was willing to stack of with the hand agaisn tthe first stats but am thinking that is bad. Is a flop fold too weak vs the first stats?

I would fold the flop to the second stats though (again, too weak?)</font>

I hate flatcalling this flop, either fold or reraise big. I wouldn't automatically assume he's got a monster. He could be taking this same line with a flush draw or something, decide if your ahead on the flop and go with it, i probably push here..
