I figured raising flop is folding out a lot of the range i beat, is this a profitable move?

I was originally going to say how much I liked it but after seeing villains stats it makes me wonder actually. His AF is so low that you have to wonder what he donks twice with. I guess big jacks are a decent part of his range, and I wouldnt worry too much about a 7 as he doesnt seem the type to donk with mid pair. I guess its a boat sometimes and a strong jack the other times so I would probably make the same move and just pray he doesnt show me jacks full.

Raise flop, as played, shove turn.

How many hands was the stats for the villian after? I dont hate your play with position when you knew it would be heads up. I can also make a case for raising the flop.
