Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

SB: $10.50
Hero (BB): $89.75
UTG: $48.25
MP: $50.75
CO: $83.14
BTN: $17.07

Reads: Villain is 73/21/1.9 over 193 hands. Some of this is dataminded.

I have been running 34/28/2.29 over 76 hands at this table.

I can't recall having much history with villain, but I'm sure he's called my LP raises a couple of times (given our positions and his huge VPIP) and either folded to or played back at my cbets. I don't really remember to be honest.

Preflop: Hero is dealt K/images/graemlins/spade.gif Ahttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/diamond.gif (6 Players)
UTG folds, MP raises to $4.00, 3 folds, Hero raises to $17.00, MP calls $13.00

Flop: ($34.25) Thttp://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif 5http://legopoker.com/hh/images/club.gif (2 Players)
Hero bets all-in for $72.75

Villain only has $33 left, so that's the effective size of my shove.

Fwiw my plan with the 3bet pre was to do this on any flop. I also considered just shoving. I felt this go and go thing (yes, I have donkaments skillz, noobs) was better.

Thoughts?

Is he folding 66-99 here? He also can probably have quite a few tens here by the look of his loose stats and the fact that he is IP. If he is only calling w/ a ten, overpair, or set the I think its +EV. Also, sometimes when he calls you with 1 pair he will have AT or KT so you will be drawing slim.

I don't mind this play. If you check you give him control of the pot. You make any other bet and you are priced in if he pushes. This probably is the most profitable play.

I agree with LastLife. I like the move.

Yes he is folding 66-99 here a lot...he isnt folding jj+ though.

I like it overall and have used it if I have a history of getting the villian to fold.

I'm confused by his 8xbb raise. I'm sure this wasn't standard.

FWIW, I really don't like playing AK AIPF, which is essentially what we're doing after villain calls our 3bet.

CFing here is terrible given the pot size. We're representing an over pair/FD. As played PF, I'd have to play the flop the same because I don't like giving up on big pots (probably a leak).

With an 8xBB raise, I'd just call from the BB because there's really no more value in bloating the pot unless you want to felt AK, and there's no need to isolate since we're last to act this betting round.
