First some reads and stats. Villain is 24.2 / 15.9. A few hands before this one a $7 pot had built up and he bet a $1 value bet with a clean board and had a set against another opponent. Several other hands he had value bet. Then this hand occurs.

HERO ? ? ?

I played flop aggressively because that is how I play, aggressive. I know turn bet sizing is off. BTW my stats for the session AT THAT TABLE ALONE was 25 / 17.

Discuss please. Thanks.

Bet more on the flop for sure, both times. And pot the turn, the 2 is a sweet card for you.

He's gonna have a flush on the river here a lot but you're getting sick odds to call. So call.

Out of 10 times how often you think he'd have the flush with this line?

there are a number of hands that have you beat here with his range. AA, A2s, Axs.

I would have to fold here.

3 bet more on flop, bet more on turn. In general i raise more than normal at these stakes preflop also, because people will call regardless. As played the river is probably a fold, unless history has shown this guy to be a normal NL10 donk, in which case he could have much much weaker holdings than a flush.

RESULTS: I take down $8.34

I called and he flipped over 68 of spades. I win the pot. Reason I called his all in is because he had been raising me on prior flops that I had raised preflop I guess seeing if I was firing a barrel or what. Secondly he had never gone all in with a strong hand, even if the river bet would have been an all in for a value bet, he would just do a fraction of the pot.
