Pretty standard against an unknown. And the board doesn't look too pretty to 2nd barrel or raise a suspected float. You are probably behind AQ or a big pair, maybe even a set here. IME don't really float much in huge pots like this. So he is probably value-betting.

I think my 3bet pre-flop would be slghtly bigger because of the limper and then his raise being 4.25 BB's, but other than that it looks standard for me.
