I lead for a little more as I am going broke on this turn. Shove over that 20.

You have to hope your flush draw is good. Which I honestly can't see it being. This hand is so hard to play. Really have no advice for you sorry. Think you should not of lead on the flop and just gone to call.

i like a c/r on the flop with the intention of getting the money in there. barring that, c/c flop and turn.

[/ QUOTE ]I think this is pretty bad, you have no FE and have to improve to win. Just call and play out the river. Folding > shoving IMO and folding is pretty stupid.

nice work guys, got no stick on my first 2+2 post, one of the worst parts of this hand is; the reason i didn't shove is that i was afraid to lose all my big 200bb stack, that's pretty bad? pushing the turn i feel may've given me fold equity, but the fact he didn't reraise turn made me think the turn helped him? i guess calling and seeing what came off is ok, but looking back at the play i'd've liked to push the turn?

Then why are you playing 89s? Pair + FD is a dream...don't be skiddish or either fold.
