This hand really anoyed me, Vilain is ubertight 7.5/1.9 over 112 hands and I have a hard time playing against these supertight players.

UTG+1 ($3.51)
MP1 ($1.90)
MP2 ($9.21)
Hero ($16.56)
CO ($2.83)
Button ($10.43)
SB ($5.13)
Villain ($9.75)
UTG ($3.78)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.35, 3 folds, Villain raises to $0.75, Hero calls $0.45.

Flop: ($1.65) 5/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
Villain bets $1.11, Hero raises to $3, Villain is all-In for $7.84

Hero???

well youd probably get more/better feedback in the FR forum. Im def not raising this guy we are only gettin called/raised by hands we beat so id probalby just call flop. But tbh against such a nitty villian i probably just fold pf. We are way behind his/her 3bettin range.

k, thanks... I think I just need to stay out of trouble against these players if they play back and steal their blinds some more.

If villain was 8/2 over a significant sample you could fold preflop. I'm going to think of him as an unknown though, given the 100 hands sample.

I think his range at the end is KK/AA/AQ/crazy. Besides the possibility that he is just straight up stealing, your best outcome is splitting the pot, so I think you can fold here.

Thanks all... I think I did well by folding.

Only: I can't 3bet this preflop against this player... If someone with these stats does this on almost any flop he'll be quite hard to beat unless you only play AA/KK against him. Of course one could do this and steal all his blinds in proper position... Are there other ways to exploit this guy? Calling more with sc's and small pp's?

STANDARD fold preflop.

dude his PFR is 1.9??? I'd probably fold even AK if this guy OPEN raised, let alone if he 3bet me when I have AQ!!

Honestly his 3betting range is probably QQ+ AK if I loosen it up all I can lol. Might even be KK+.

Range still has you crushed on the flop, you most likely have somewhere between 0 and 5 outs, fold.

definitely fold pf. as far as general strategy, just sit to his right and hammer his blinds.
