villain is very often value betting worse hands than yours! his range doesn´t only consist of QQ and 1010.

how much are effective stacks?

I would push here, if he plays lot of hands he can have hands like QT,T8,Q8, Not only set, I think ur way ahead of his range here.

Push river. He probably has 2p or sth like that. If he has J9...well that happens, get your money in

Hero raises all in and is very very happy about it. Yes, this is very rarely a bluff, but you beat a LOT of good made hands. Sets are gold in NL hold'em. It should be your goal to stack villain unless the board is something like four spades. You are behind QQ, TT, and J9, you beat everything else.

I would push here to. How can you even consider folding none of the draws hit. If he has the overset oh well folding is -ev.

Subject shouldn't be "Can i fold here" but "Can I push here". Anyway, I'm never folding this. You get about 3:1 for your call. Villain could have straight in which case you lose. I think higher set seems unlikely, TT/QQ would have raised pf. You didn't say if villain is aggressive or not. I think villain's most likely hand is two pair, T8/QT. Because of the straight possibility I would just call. I don't hate raising either, but limped pot -> keep it small.

Shove. What is beating you? Set over set or J9? Unless he is super passive, you can cancel JJ+. So I wouldn't be worried about set over set. Maybe he has a lower set, but why mini raise when he could shove.
What is calling you down? two pair, flush draw. I think you have his range beat, I would shove. But if you are really worried about J9, which is in his range, then call. But definitely don't fold.

I rarely worry about oversets. You're bound to be second guessing yourself way to often,.
