BB is 55/2.5/0.5 CO is 54.8/2.4/0.5 both after about 40 hands

I bet fairly small on the flop because loose players often seem to call or fold purely based on their hand and do not seem to take very much notice of the bet size. I wonder whether betting at all is a good idea here against 2 of them, obviously against one, it's an obvious bet.

So how do you play this?

Their numbers are pretty passive. C-betting the flop should be ok given this. But I think after the flop call you should shut down.
