He's not passive, you doofus. 21% PFR. Only 20 hands played. Since he seems pretty aggressive PF the odds are he's like that post-flop too. I call.


Hand #2 is the most annoying spot in NLHE I think. What are you going to do? Who knows... I always go broke/stack villain but my table image is usually "maniac" so it's ok.
