Posting a video session on the web

I would like options here. I dont have a private space so Ill have to make due with the free storage sites out there.
Ive used megaupload but didn't like it. I've seen sites that allow viewers to simply stream the video on their computer as suppose to have to d/l the whole thing. Suggestions?
