Conti-Bet at the flop?
Delayed at the turn (getting at least an OESD+2OCs)?
Or just check through versus unknown?

c/bet the flop for sure!
You are in position and this is an awesome flop to c/bet. It's a rainbow flop and not really likely that it hit the villain.

Since you didnt c/bet and he still checked the turn then bet the turn no mather what came.

Against unknown I'd check the river 50% and bet it again 50%

(villain looks like a 50/0/0 guy)

Yes, I would 100% continuation bet this flop heads-up.
I would need to have a reason not to, Hero is the preflop raiser and it is heads-up.
