I only have 5 hands on the villain at 10/0.0/4.0

how's the line? I'm especially interested in my river line..figured I'd let him bluff a flush draw...then again, do these players raise the turn with a flush draw like that..maybe he'll even value bet a K or something...I really wasn't sure what I could be beating...but I figured I couldn't fold the river after I checked to him...is value betting out on this river the best play??...if so, would it be a blocking bet as well...I mean, would you be folding to a raise at that point?

Flop: Nice bet I may lean more towards .80 but thats fine.

Turn: Nice bet, obvious call. He doesnt have AK, or KK, he would have raised the flop or preflop is he did. Maybe he has something like KQ of clubs. Your good here way more often then not. If you re-raise the turn you can bring it to $14 or so.

River: I would shove river, your ahead here almost all the time.

River: Id bet around 7.50.
