Pretty new to the table. Ordinarily, I would let this go. The hand before this villain raised UTG, got reraised, and then got AI on a Q/J/x board w/99 and lost, so he might be tilty.

On a side note, I played my first session at 50NL in long time today and got destroyed. Maybe it was variance. People were squeezing, 3 betting light, raising flop bets, etc. I couldn't win a pot. Makes me /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Fine hand also b/c he is short. You beat a couple of draws, TPTK type hands as well.

Hand is fine only because he is a shorty and he made a terrible move with 99.

Funny thing is, I have good table selection. I only play two tables at once and change when they go bad. Must have just been variance and my imagination, since I haven't played 50NL for awhile.

Thanks for the replies. I figured this was fine. Villain had 54o FWIW. Obvious tilt call preflop (or maybe he always plays like that).

I like your line a lot given history and the fact that he's terribly short. NH.

Hmm... this looks like a really standard spot to get it in given his stack size. No second thoughts here especially with his image.

history + Stack size = fine
