Any opinions on this? I do it fairly frequently, calling flop with aim to bluff turn.

Flop: ($2.50) 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif A/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $1.00</font>, Hero calls $1.00

Turn: ($4.50) 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $0.75</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.00</font>, SB folds

Is this spewy leaky play, or is it profitable do you think?

Nothing wrong with that IMO, you'll soon know if your not good- he's screaming weakness or that rediculous "tricky" play, if you get raised back it's a solid note on him.

This is fine head's up from the blinds and in position. The flop bet looks a bit weak, not even half the pot. Turn is even less into a bigger pot, easy steal. You have the best hand anyways. When they lead stronger into the turn I'd be cautious.

If he bets less on the turn then on the flop then this is spewy by him and not just a little.. reraise with ATC

Just be sure he doesn't catch on and start doing fake weak bets to trap.
