raise to 12 and reevaluate the turn.

don't want to give them cheap cards on a sopping wet board.

I like this, but I wouldn't hesistate to lay your hand down to a shove.

Hero raised it to $11 and villain didn't shove but made another considerably large raise...

Fold. There are many hands that have you beat. I'm not calling here to draw to your boat because
1 - you're card is not very likely to come.
2 - even if you improve you could still be behind.

No it's not. Without reads on villian I would check here.

You're checking a multiway pot with this flop?

That's crazy, IMO.

calling on this board is awful, this is a nasty board and you are oop. I'm not trying to suck people in with lesser hands if hes raising a draw, he can check the turn when you check it to him, or bet again if he has you beat.

i have seen it in micro limit, when people min raise you after, it is often means a draw.
on hero's hand, i would 3 bet and fold to any further aggression.

I'm not letting him peel off a turn card when there are so many cards that can come and you have no idea where you're at. This is not the type of board where you want to be calling on the flop and betting the turn.

Pretty easy re-raise I think. You're ahead an overwhelming amount of the time here and you need to get as much money in in this flop as you can.

A 4-bet response here is tough. I get this in against a lot of opponents, but it seems to be really hit or miss. My default answer is probably fold to a sizable 4-bet unless you're getting odds to draw (which has to be really really good).
