any thoughts... i put villian on maybe JJ or 99 I don't think that he would be playing AT here given hes pretty tight... i called the flop here b/c i am either way behind (unlikely) and i wanted to see what he would do on the turn which would give me a better view of what he was holding

I find a fold on the turn and certainly the river, this flop texture and the turn is like a terrible card for you. I don't think he's 3 barreling anything you beat, but thats just me.

I play this differently.

I'd raise to 2 pre and raise flop.

Why not raise the flop and find out where you are at? With his stats and him leading the flop a 10 or 66 are probably a good part of his range.

Yeuch, I don't like it at all. The flop is so dry on this board that in this multiway pot, any competent player willing to continue or fire into the pot must have either a decent draw or a made hand. Given that the flush draw hits on the turn as well and villian fires again, I think it's pretty clear he's holding either a T or two diamonds, the first being the more likely, so I might dump my hand there. Given you called, I think you have to fold the river. Otherwise, you just let villian value 3 streets.
