I would make it 9 or 10 pf but that is fairly minor, in general it seems good.

He called and showed T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, river was 9 so I lost.
Just didn't expect to see such crap there.

I also raise a bit more preflop, probably between 10 and 12.
Rest of the hand is fine, don't question your plays just because you got sucked out.
Think about the 10 times you will win the pot in this spot..

Absolutely go broke here. Only reasonable thing we're afraid of on that board against a decent player is a set, and if he has JJ, so be it.

Specific nitpick: Are you c-betting after 3-betting almost all the time? If so, you should be betting a lot less on the flop (like 1/2-2/3rds pot). The reason for this is covered in the post about 3-betting light (sticky link). I can see wanting to bet more on a drawy board, but you shouldn't do that without reads - you want the opponent calling you light, and a near PSB is going to scare a lot of hands away (apparently not in this case, but generally).

A push is nice on the turn after the opponent calls the flop, because it looks a lot like a desperate AK. Obviously that's what the opponent thought.
