villain is 33/0 and has done some weird things like overbet-shoving the turn in a multiway pot with 44 unimproved

After he checks this turn, should I even be thinking about calling this river?

or should I just toss it to this flop raise

definitely a fold on river. On the flop bet the size of the pot with two guys in there and probably should fold to the reraise. He shows up with a weird two pair very often.
