Tough spot against a 12/10/3.67 after 486 hands. No prior hands with him. It's a pretty dry board, so can we automatically put the guy on pocket 33s and fold?

with those numbers its a fold for me ..

Ya real rough spot. It all comes down to discipline for sure. With those stats i think its a clear fold. Villain is overall aggressive but isn't sticking it in with weaker hand that you beat very often.

It's a fold against that guy.

(sidenote: isnt a double barrell a bluff on flop and turn?)

i think its a fold, those numbers dont suggest that he gets too far out of line

anyone check on turn?

i don't think you check the turn, that 6 doesn't figure to be a bad card for us

We raised in early position, and villian called in MP. With those ubernit stats, do we really think he'd be calling here with 33? I think AK is the main hand in villian's range, although all the other hands I'd put in his range (33, 66, and IMO KK and AA) all beat us so I can live with a fold.

I just figured it was one of those wa/wb situations, where if we bet we only get called by a better hand.

Basically the analysis coincided with my thinking at the time. If I call that turn, I'm either ahead, gonna tie w/ the same hand or way way behind. Also if I call that turn I basically have to stack off on the river. I folded this hand on the turn after a long think.

thats a nit and a half

go broke man. there is one combo of 66 and 3 of 33....if he has one of those, o well. he has a bluff more than either of those hands IMO.

call and c/c river.

Since when is an agression factor over 3 a nit? I don't have a problem with calling/check calling river.

okay gimmetheloot, so what hands do u think he does that with those stats THAT I beat? Like another guy said, I feel like I'm playing stacks on maybe a chop, and maybe a lot worse.

listen bud, the dude plays so little pots he has to be aggro in the ones he is in. If his hand range is KQs/AK/66/33, you have a break even call. Add a bluff or two in there, which he certainly has, especially with his small raise size, and you are +EV to call down. Fold the river if u want to a shove from him, but never fold this turn.
