You're deepish and you just slowed him down with a checkraise on the flop. Do not count on him to build this pot for you. Gotta bet the turn, i'd say 12 or so would do it.

You got to bet the turn, no villain, good or bad folds a set or 2pair for $10. Push any river. And fold pf.

Fold pf even though were like 150bb deep? I try to loosen up a little when were kinda deep. Im not really sure the best way to play deep so id love suggestions there too.

Don't try to loosen up in the SB, thats just terrible.
You're always out of position and that also means that its harder to get the money in with your monsters.

I don't advocate playing QT oop deep stacked. The problem is if you hit a Q or a T and make TPGK you are in a world of pain. As long as you can get away from TPGK you are fine. Onto the play - I think that once you have done the check-raise the guy will know you have some decent hand. So i'd bet 1/2 pot on the turn like I'm giving up at the hand and pray he raises over me.

your flop c/r was too small, make it like 8.5

must bet turn if u want the money going in.

Make it 10$

shove river.

I don't think it's a huge spew PF. I'd probably fold, but given that you called you have to be real careful postflop. Thankfully you hit the flop fairly hard. Aggressive raise on the flop. Would anybody just call this, fearing a large RR would put us to the test? A bit new to NL so curious to this answer.
His call on your flop raise means he likes his hand, probably has an A, so I like other's ideas of a 1/2 pot or so bet on turn. Whatever happened, hope you showed /images/graemlins/smile.gif
