How do you guys respond to the player that minbets out of position? Let's talk 6 handed for now and all hands we are in position (button or CO)

Say you have AK, you raise 3xBB SB calls.
Flop 378 rainbow. SB minbets, you?

Again you have AK, you raise 3xBB, SB, calls.
Fop A10s9s, SB minbets, you?

You have 7s8s and raise 3xBB, SB calls.
Flop QsJs3d, SB minbets you?

You have JJ and raise 3xBB, SB calls.
Flop Ax8x2x, SB minbets you?

I know these are very generic situations, but what I'm trying to identify is when you call the min bet, when you raise the minbet, and if you ever fold to the minbet.

If you raise, do you raise to pot or (3/4)pot or do you 3x their minbet or what do you do?

There are so many micro donks that minbet with top pair, mid pair, bottom pair, flush draw, straight draw, and don't fold to raises and I'm just looking to identify in here the best way to handle these idiots.

Hopefully there is some interest in discussing this topic.

1) call or reraise (depends on opponent)
2) potsized rereaise
3) call
4) reraise to see where you're at

3bet doesn't mean a 3x raise.
