My thinking here was that the turn raise was likely just top pair or possibly 2 pair, but unlikely a set, which is why I didn't reraise more on the turn to stop a set seeing a cheap river. In hindsight I think I should have reraised a bit more on the trun anyway, to help prevent 2 pair from having implied odds if it hits on the river, so I think I needed to chrge a bit more.

I also thought that this was not another flush the majority of the time. Anyone disagree with my thinking here? The river bet was made to look like a bluff at the flush, thinking I would quite often get called by a weaker hand.

Any decent Villain puts you exactly on a flush after your half pot on the turn and then a raise.
River bet looks like exactly what it is, but that's fine.

what's up with your 1/2 pot turn bet and then the minreraise?

you want to get as much money in the pot now and he obviously likes his hand. get more money in on the turn.

as played, river bet is fine.

if you got overflushed, so be it - it happens. that's why we practice solid br management.
