Hero ???

I'm about 20-30 hands in at the table, the guy seemed to be playing about average. By that I mean he didn't seem horrendous. He was 21/16/2.

At this point in the hand I'm thinking I have two options, fold or shove. I don't see how I can call, and a 3 bet would leave me with ~$10 behind and a $30 pot. So, my thought was shove, but I second guess my move. I have run into this situation at least 3 times that I can remember now, any help is appreciated.

It's a re-raised pot and it's blind vs. blind. I'm more than happy to get the money in here.

Folding this flop is horrible IMO.
What are you putting him on exactly?
He takes this exact line w/ AK, TT, A9, Q/images/graemlins/club.gifJ/images/graemlins/club.gif, etc, etc.
Raise to ~$15.00, and call a shove LDO.

If it where me and villain bet full pot into me and I rr pf, Iīd be really excited. Because to me, that bet says: "I donīt have a set, but something good enough to stack off with". And this goes for the overwhelming majority of villains. Because with a set he would bet smaller, try to cr or flat out slowplay. This is most often a good one pair hand that is trying to "end it right there", being afraid of suckouts.

See that's what I was thinking exactly Jim. But, in this case he had 2 pair, which kinda of surprised me, maybe he was thinking that though. I guess worse case I had the opportunity to pair the board and bd flush draw. And, I wasn't too afraid of suckouts, I jammed it like 5-10 seconds after I saw his move, I just second guessed afterwards cause I remembered a hand from a previous session.

Thanks guys, this really helped.

If he is raising to ~$15:00 he would have ~$7 left behind and a $30+ pot. So why not just push all in right away?

call, then call if he pushes turn and if he bets like 10 then push... i dont think we need to push flop we have 17 bucks left after we call the 5 if we go AI on flop he might be able to fold a K so i think just call is in order... i mean not to many scary cards for your hand as we have the Ac.
