Two pair on flop..Std fold?

Prob could have played this better, as always but scary turn and river.Pf raise is kinda small, but villains called a LOT and i was just spewing post flop following up with decent c-bets. I was hoping for a blank or broadway card at the end so I could make a decent bet on the river. The villain who pots it min raised me on the turn a few hands later when an ace hit, but showed down 23 for bottom pair. He also potted a river about 3 hands before and all folded. Any thoughts on playing this better, calling river bet etc appreciated. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think the Pf raise is fine. I'd make a full pot sized bet on flop. I would normally bet the turn here as well, the 9 is scary but not that scary, you might have taken it down. Of course you still have to fold if a 3 or 8 hits river, like it did.

Preflop raise is standard size. Nothing wrong there.

Flop is standard.

I think I would bet again on the turn, and shut down for the rest of the hand if I get called or raised. It sounds like your opponents are pretty bad, so I think there's still some value from hands like A7. That being said, I don't think checking is a big leak by any stretch of the imagination.

As played, definitely fold the river. Too many draws connected.

Go ahead and bet the turn again. One-pair hands, 5x, or a stray big heart may all still call. As others have said, you're folding to a raise if you bet the turn.
