Reads: <font color="blue">No reads on the villian but his small stack suggests he isn't that good of a player. How is this line against a unknown? I think i played it pretty horrible because it's a WA/WB situation i think. How is checking this turn because of his stack size? i think betting this turn is ok against a full stack but how about here?</font>

I think you should do whatever you can to get all his money into the middle, A8 is 10x more likely than 88. Also, push river, any 8 is calling but he might not push it in himself. I have on occasion seen shortstacks put money into a pot with less than the nut full house.

No point really pushing the turn, you are a micro chance of getting rivered and a big chance of loosing a heap of value- push all in on the river, hate to see him check the loser with that extra value sitting there.

Bet the river, everything else is good. The king shouldn't scare you seeing as 8K is the only reasonable hand with a king in it that he could have given that he's called down 2 streets of betting.

I could go either way with the river check. I think we're ahead the vast majority of the time, so it's basically a matter of how often he folds to an effective river push vs. how often he checks behind.

I doubt he does either very often, so meh. betting is probably better.
