How does this hand look? Should I have bet the turn, or not called his bet, or raised or anything else?

given the way this hand played i would bet the river for value as well. good chance he has 99 through QQ or some sort of 8. given that its heads up and villain raised then called your RR i dont think you have to worry too much about the flush or straight. a set most likely raises you on turn. i think you could have gotten more value then the wimpy $1 river bet but otherwise, i think you played this pretty well.

Raise a little more preflop. I make it like 1.30 here.

I bet the turn here. You're still getting value from worse hands, and you have the Ks anyways so there isn't too much to be afraid of. You don't really want him drawing to a straight for free.

Your block bet on the river seems okay if he is the type to fall for it.

I would have gotten it all in on the turn.

If you check/call the turn then you'll never know where you're at untill showdown.
Your very little blocking bet in the end wasnt good either, if villain was any good, he would have pushed with any two cards and you wouldnt been able to call.

Bet the turn, bet the river.

he could have called because it would have been like 2 more dollars.

Oh indeed, well, reason the more to bet instead of check/calling.
