John Racener Slow Plays Quad Jacks

There was 4,000 in the pot and {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} was on the board. The {3-Hearts} came on the river and a player bet out 6,000, John Racener called. Racener turned over {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} for quads, his opponent mucked his cards and Racener moved up to 46,250.

what is this ????????????

That's obviously bewildering.

But here's what else is bewildering: Sometimes the updates include editorialized comments, like with the guy who pushed 10xthe2K pot AI on that QJJ33 board earlier today. The updating "reporter" mentioned how it seemed like overkill. Fine, no argument here.

But if the action truly is correct on this quads hand, where's the indignation from this reporter? That play is much more of a travesty. I guess it varies from reporter to reporter.

Anyway, seriously, regardless of how much $10,000 means to you, how in the world could you play in this tournament and do such stupid stuff?
