I sent the e-mail, and followed the bonus as they requested, but still haven't gotten anything back after 48 hours (bonuswhores.com says it usually takes 12.) Should I be concerned, and when should I follow up?

I don't fully remember my experience with Golden Riviera but...

with every Prima I always follow up with a new E-mail every 24 hours if I don't get a response...

i just did the bonus 2 days go and they credited the bonus within like 12 hours. send an email to the email ad posted on bonuswhores and also the email ad on their support page. hope everything works out

be careful when you cash out alot of people have been having problems getting there moeny from there

Golden Riviera will ask you for all kinds of info at cashout, FYI. Utility Bill, ID, as well as signing a form that they send you. Just some info from a fellow FBG.

They have been known to ask for lots of info, but FWIW, when I did it about a month ago, and I cashed out to neteller without any problems, no utility bill, nothing.

What are the games like over at golden now. Some say they are tight others say there really loose.

Anyone shed anylight ??
