Here is the question:
What is the present value interest factor of an annuity, interest 9.52%, periods = 3.
I've tried this "(1/1.0952) + (1/1.0952^2) + (1/1.0952^3)" but it isn't giving me the right answer. I'm guessing that is the wrong formula. Someone please help me out. This is due in less than 90 minutes!
