Villain has been raising a few times an orbit for about 50 hands, and has been betting most flops and has shown down some big hands, but also has been caught bluffing. Recently lost a pretty big pot, check-raising on the flop and betting the turn hard, his opponent played back and he folded. How's this line?

um i dont like it at all.. id play crai flop i guess to better see where we stand... after that id be done with the hand unless hes betting really light or anything, maybe id call turn after crai flop again but if he fires again on river after calling my flopraise and turn id fold quick!

yeah let's check raise the flop all in, then we'll know where we stand on the turn..............

OP,

I probably c/r the turn for value if he's truly a LAG.

I'd 3-bet pf and cb the flop.

As played pf, I'd probably just c/c, c/c, c/c if I think he's laggy enough to keep firing.

I'd prefer a 3-bet PF. Why play a hand OOP against an known aggressive opponent with AQ? You are folding a [censored] load of flops here and losing your PF call. Raise it up and play the flop accordingly. In this case a c-bet looks best, and look to get it in if you are raised. I think it's a high variance play but probably still a winning one.
