Cking - Zachary "Carter" King is playing. He is 21 y/o and has 2 wsop circuit cashes from New Orleans last month:

Event #2 - 1st Place Winner (although it is posted incorrectly on the wsop website)

and

Event #13 (Main Event) - 29th Place

...and yes he will be wearing his circuit event ring during WSOP Event #47

good luck carter! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Made the worst resteal I have ever done because I didn't know exactly how much the raise to my stack was and didn't take the time to figure it out.

Actually got ridiculed by the table after busting out.

I'm a [censored] fish, I hate poker. Work so [censored] hard for so long and donk it all off on the worst hand of poker I have ever played. [censored].

I played today. Ran pretty card dead for five hours, got my money in with a dominating hand with a chance to improve my stack to 8k in chips, and lost to the guy's 3-outer. Still had a blast though as my first WSOP experience.

At my first table was a guy who I could swear was Lee Watkinson, but since he didn't have any Full Tilt gear on I figured it wasn't him? Are some of the pros not wearing these logos for non-televised events, or was this guy just not who I thought it was? I guess I just could've asked, but chose to focus on poker instead.

**UPDATE**
Carter King (Cking) has 47k going into Day 2. With blinds starting at 1k/2k and the average at about 54k.
FWIW, Carter had about half the average going into Day 2 of the New Orleans circuit event #2 which he ended up winning. Oh btw, the bubble has already busted and everyone left is guaranteed a cash. The 150ish people left are ITM.
Let's go Carter! Not to mention I have a quarter of his action.
Will someone please find and post the payout structure? Or tell me where to find it. Thanks.

Matt 'SamENole' Smith Eliminated in 11th Place ($33,012)
After a flop of K /images/graemlins/club.gif7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif2 /images/graemlins/spade.gif, Matt Smith bets 90,000, Klein Bach thinks for a bit and says, "All in," and Smith quickly calls with K /images/graemlins/heart.gif9 /images/graemlins/club.gif for a pair of kings. Bach says, "What have I done?" as he turns over J /images/graemlins/spade.gif8 /images/graemlins/club.gif -- no pair, no overcards, and no draw.

But the turn card is the 10 /images/graemlins/heart.gif, giving Bach a gutshot straight draw. The river card? The 9 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif.

The entire table gasps in shock, and Matt Smith is stunned. He was a colossal favorite after the flop, but now he is eliminated from the tournament in 11th place, just two spots away from a WSOP final table. Smith earns $33,012.

not sure if this is the same thing, but during the first break we realized that the Ace of spades was warped in pretty much every WSOP deck available.

The dealer would turn about 8 cards face down and Roland and the guy who took second were picking out the Ace of spades every time.

If you happened to see the hand where I shoved in the small and the big blind thought forver and said something about me having the ace of spades, thats what he was refering to. ironically enough, I did have it.

no if he could tell that i had the ace of spades it would have been due to getting a sick tell off my reaction to his comment rather than due to seeing the warp of the card. Either way, he claimed to have folded a king which was a pretty good thing for me.
